Drop-in sessions are limited to 60 minutes (1 hour). After 60 minutes, guests must exit the facility or purchase a new admission.

Admission is based on capacity. Walk-ins are welcome but are limited based on park capacity.

Grip socks are required for all jumpers and must be purchased every visit.

No outside socks are permitted to maintain safety and cleanliness.

Children must be at least 42inches (3ft 6inches) to jump

Guests under 18 must have a legal guardian sign for them.

Waivers can be filled out online before arrival.

Waivers are valid for 18 months from the date submitted.

Returning guests can check in using their phone number at the front desk.
